It features Phil’s comments, and thoughts from Deborah Kate Hammond, a long-time friend of and colleague Don. It also features thoughts and memories from Genevieve Barlow, Artistic Director of Saltfire Theater Company. Don White’s last stage performance was with Genevieve and her company at Fort Worden in August of 2024.
County Connections
(Airdate: March 21, 2025) This week on County Connections Jim Burke and co-host County Commissioner Heidi Eisenhour welcomed guests Mel Rose, PsyD, LICSW, Executive Director/Clinic Director and Mary Sepler, President of the Board, from Jumping Mouse Children’s Center, which provides mental health services for children in Jefferson County based on play therapy. Brewocracy Now ~ 3/20/25
KPTZ’s Taylor Clark was joined by City of Port Townsend’s Community Services Director Melody Sky Weaver and Christy Spencer from the Port Townsend Film Festival. We talked about the PT 20th annual community read which is Big In Sweden by Sally Franson (who will be on BrewNow next week). We also talked about a tie-in with PTFF, who will be presenting Mama Mia at the Rose on March 29. Our subtext keywords are happiness, humor, gladness and spring.
