(Airdate: March 24, 2025) This tribute to Don for his work on Radio, Theater and Spoken Word features excerpts of stories read by Don on Phil Andrus’ KPTZ programs Cats in Our Laps (and previously Tossed Salad).  It features Phil’s comments, and thoughts from Deborah Kate Hammond, a long-time friend of and colleague Don.  It also features thoughts and memories from Genevieve Barlow, Artistic Director of Saltfire Theater Company. Don White’s last stage performance was with Genevieve and her company at Fort Worden in August of 2024.

County Connections

(Airdate: March 21, 2025) This week on County Connections Jim Burke and co-host County Commissioner Heidi Eisenhour welcomed guests Mel Rose, PsyD, LICSW, Executive Director/Clinic Director and Mary Sepler, President of the Board, from Jumping Mouse Children’s Center, which provides mental health services for children in Jefferson County based on play therapy.
