Taylor Clark and John Mauro welcomed Kris Nelson, President of the Creative District Board to talk about the progress and planning around implementing the new Port Townsend Creative District. Taylor Clark and his co-host Port Townsend City Manager John Mauro welcomed Shelly Levens (Director of Communications and Marketing) and Steve King (Director of Public Works) as we discussed proposed rate changes for city sewer services, as well as a proposed expansion of the program to help defray these costs for low income residents. Taylor and John talked about the upcoming cold weather, snow plowing plans, the winter warming center and their new extended hours). John also previewed the upcoming City Council meeting, which will include the swearing in of three new police officers.
