KPTZ’s Taylor Clark and Port Townsend City Manager John Mauro were joined by State Representative Adam Bernbaum. We learned about the recently ended short legislative session and the Millionaire’s Tax’ (SB 6346) which was passed during the session.

Tish Hinojosa Performs Live at the Palindrome!!

KPTZ is excited to join Rainshadow Recording in welcoming Tish Hinojosa to the Rainshadow Recording Studios on Wednesday, April 22 at 7:30pm. Tish Hinojosa is a singer/songwriter from San Antonio, Texas. Her blend of folk, country, Latino, and pop has far reaching appeal and has garnered her many accolades, such as performing at the White House at the invitation of President Clinton. She has released 16 albums in both English and Spanish, and has performed with artists such as Joan Baez, Booker T. Jones, Flaco Jimenez, Pete Seeger, and Dwight Yoakam.
